Using PFA means agreeing to these Terms
PFA provides research and decision-support information, not financial advice
PropFirmAdvisor publishes information and tools about third-party prop firms, account rules, costs, payouts, reviews and related trading topics. PFA does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax or financial advice and does not guarantee that any firm, challenge, account or strategy is suitable for you.
Prop firm participation involves financial risk. You can lose challenge fees, subscriptions or other costs, and a trading account can be breached. Before paying a third party, check the current official terms for the exact product and location you intend to use.
Prop firms are independent third parties
PFA does not operate the firms
Unless PFA expressly says otherwise, firms listed or reviewed on PFA are independent businesses with their own contracts, rules and support arrangements.
Official terms control your account
PFA aims to keep important information current, but your legal relationship with a prop firm is governed by that firm’s applicable agreement and official terms.
Availability can vary
Products, countries, platforms, prices, promotions and rules can change or differ by account. A PFA page is not a promise that a third-party offer will remain available.
PFA scores are analytical outputs, not guarantees
PFA Trust Score, Firm Health, rankings and other analytical metrics are produced under published methodologies using the information available at the time. They are opinions and analytical outputs, not guarantees of future payouts, solvency, trading conditions, profitability or regulatory status.
Coverage can vary between firms. A lack of negative information is not automatically proof that a firm is safe, and one positive example does not erase a credible negative pattern. PFA may revise an assessment when reliable new information materially changes the picture.
Reviews, corrections, evidence and other submissions
When you submit a review, correction, firm response, promotion or other content to PFA, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that you are not knowingly providing false, unlawful or misleading information. Do not submit threats, impersonation, spam, malicious code, private credentials or personal information you are not entitled to disclose.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it to PFA, you give PFA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, format, moderate and use the submission as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain published records and handle corrections or disputes.
PFA may reject, label, limit, correct or remove submissions where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law.
Verified firm access is limited and accountable
Claiming a firm profile does not transfer editorial control to the firm. Approved representatives may post labelled responses and submit corrections or official updates using the tools PFA provides.
Representatives may not edit independent trader reviews, choose rankings or scores, impersonate traders, misuse another firm’s profile or use representative access to suppress legitimate criticism. PFA may suspend representative access where the relationship cannot be confirmed or the access is misused.
Promotions and affiliate relationships
PFA may display promotions, affiliate links, sponsorships or advertising. Commercial relationships are separate from independent editorial conclusions and ranking methodology. PFA may receive compensation when a user follows certain tracked links or completes a qualifying action.
Third-party offer terms control eligibility, prices, prizes and deadlines. A third party can change or withdraw an offer, so users should check the current terms before relying on a promotion.
PFA content and branding
Unless otherwise stated, PFA owns or licenses its original editorial content, design, branding, graphics and other materials protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the site for personal research, ordinary sharing and fair quotation where permitted by law.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell or systematically extract substantial portions of PFA content for a competing commercial service, publication or dataset without permission. Ordinary linking and lawful search-engine indexing are not prohibited by this clause.
Uses that are not allowed
You may not attempt to compromise PFA security, bypass access controls, overload the service, submit malware, manipulate reviews, create false representative identities, interfere with other users, collect private account information without authorization, or use PFA to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.
PFA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Service availability and accuracy
PFA is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep material information accurate and useful, but we cannot promise that every page, metric, external link, price, rule or third-party service will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.
Historical content may intentionally show information that was accurate for an earlier period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFA disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropFirmAdvisor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the site or reliance on third-party prop firm information, including trading losses, lost profits, lost challenge fees, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

PFA may update these Terms as the service changes. Where required, material changes will be communicated or reflected by an updated effective date.
