FOR PROP FIRMS

Work with PropFirmAdvisor through clear, verified channels

If you represent a prop firm, this is the starting point for managing factual profile information, responding to trader reviews, submitting promotions and discussing business opportunities with PFA. Editorial ratings, rankings, trader reviews and independent conclusions remain separate from commercial relationships.

A FAIRER PUBLIC RECORD

Good firm participation makes factual information easier to verify

A claimed profile is not a paid badge and it does not improve a score by itself. It gives an approved representative a clear way to provide official context, correct factual errors and respond when a public review needs the firm’s side of the story. PFA still decides how independent evidence, trader feedback and methodology-based scores are presented.
BUSINESS WITH PFA

Data, advertising and partnership conversations use separate channels

Commercial work can support PFA products and campaigns, but it cannot buy a ranking position, a favorable review or the removal of legitimate criticism.

WHAT REMAINS INDEPENDENT

Firm access does not mean editorial control

These boundaries apply whether a firm has claimed its profile, advertises with PFA or has another commercial relationship.

Rankings and scores

A firm cannot purchase or directly edit PFA rankings, Trust Score, Firm Health or other independent scoring outputs.

Trader reviews

Verified representatives can respond to eligible reviews, but the original trader review remains separate.

Editorial conclusions

Commercial relationships do not guarantee favorable coverage, suppress material evidence or bypass PFA correction standards.

COMMON QUESTIONS

For prop firms: common questions

Does claiming a PFA profile improve our ranking?

No. Claiming a profile creates a verified route for official participation. Rankings and scores continue to follow PFA methodology and the evidence available for the relevant firm.

Can our team edit the firm profile directly?

Approved representatives can use the available firm tools and correction workflow, but material factual changes may still require review before they appear publicly.

Can a firm respond to a negative review?

Approved representatives can respond to eligible published reviews. The response is shown separately from the trader’s original review.

Can a commercial partnership change editorial coverage?

No. Advertising and partnership arrangements are kept separate from independent rankings, reviews, evidence and editorial conclusions.

Where should a firm send a factual update?

Use Submit a Correction for a specific published fact. For broader official firm questions, contact Propfirm@propfirmadvisor.com.

Where should we discuss advertising or data access?

Use Business@propfirmadvisor.com or the relevant PFA Data & API or Advertising & Partnerships page.
